The hotel had attentive and accommodating staff, making us feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. the location was central, making it convenient to get around via public transport or taxi. the hotel had a modern feel with classic features that added a touch of elegance.
The cleanliness of the bathroom floor left something to be desired, with noticeable stains. the amenities in the room were only suited for two people, even though we booked for three.

Convenient location in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from the shopping district and Xinjiekou metro station. Clean and well-maintained hotel facilities, including a great bathroom and comfy beds. The staff were incredibly helpful, with one woman going above and beyond to provide me with recommendations for sightseeing and nightlife in the area.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the cozy and clean bed that provided a comfortable sleep. The bathroom facilities were great and gave me a refreshing shower. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring nearby shopping areas and sightseeing spots, with easy access to public transport.
The hotel lacked breakfast and the staff failed to provide morning wake-up calls on two occasions. , the hotel could benefit from updating certain amenities, such as improving air conditioning and cleaning the shower glass.

The hotel had a prime location in a bustling shopping district and was a stone's throw from the nearest metro station. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed for a relaxing stay. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the service from the staff was top-notch.
We did notice some wear and tear in certain areas of the hotel, which could use some updating.
