The hotel had attentive and accommodating staff, making us feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. the location was central, making it convenient to get around via public transport or taxi. the hotel had a modern feel with classic features that added a touch of elegance.

The cleanliness of the bathroom floor left something to be desired, with noticeable stains. the amenities in the room were only suited for two people, even though we booked for three.

Convenient location in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from the shopping district and Xinjiekou metro station. Clean and well-maintained hotel facilities, including a great bathroom and comfy beds. The staff were incredibly helpful, with one woman going above and beyond to provide me with recommendations for sightseeing and nightlife in the area.

The hotel lacked breakfast and the staff failed to provide morning wake-up calls on two occasions. , the hotel could benefit from updating certain amenities, such as improving air conditioning and cleaning the shower glass.

I also loved having a sitting area in my room, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, as well as the electric kettle for my hot beverage cravings. The television in the room was a great entertainment option, and the carpeted floor added a touch of elegance to the space. I was extremely impressed with the quality and comfort provided by this hotel.
